I loved the newly renovated rooms! This is a significant improvement over the last time we stayed at the hotel. The new room had a huge flat screen TV. The bed was really comfortable. The decor in the room was modern and upscale. This hotel had showers instead of tubs which gave it a really luxury feel to the bathroom. The outdoor pool was dirty and had black marks. The tiki bar was great! I slept for an hour in the gazebo next to the pool. It was nice to sit under the gazebo even when it was raining. The restaurant also seemed to be newly renovated. The food was great!

If you are looking for a vacation hotel this is not it, You will pay a fortune in cab fares to go to the beach there's no shuttle to take you there...If they recommend you take the bus, well it will drop you in a place not very safe, to get a transfer to go to the beach Not a good experience for 2 women...Also do not stay on the Pet floor dogs are barking all night an will wake you up at 4AM an the hotel will not do anything about it cause your on the pet floor...If you are going for the beach stay on the beach.. I will never return to this location again, the employees are not even happy with their jobs an complain about it..I was so disappointed cryed the whole time..I went there for the beach an needless to say was there once..Not to go to the mall or movies there is nothing within the range of the shuttle to see but the airport!!!!!

For the price we paid this hotel was terrible. The staff was incredibly rude, complaining about work instead of helping guests. They were very smart with me when my room key wouldn't work. They had card keys to the doors and 2 days in a row the key would not let us in. They were not helpful at all and the key they gave us the second time still didn't work. It was a real pain. The pool was so filthy. It looked like they had never cleaned it before. The hot tub was broken. The outside doors which should be secure were always wide open and actually held open with stoppers most of the time we were there. Our sheets on our bed were dirty stained and dirty. The room was obviously not vacuumed before we arrived. There were actually peanuts on the floor in our bathroom when we arrived so they obviously had not even swept the floor. For the price we paid I could have gotten a hotel on the beach. It was about 15 miles from the beach and we paid beachfront prices and it was still crumby. I could not believe how dirty the whole place was and how rude the staff was at check in and at check out. And they were even different people. At check in no one asked us if we needed help with our bags and at check out no one asked us how our stay was. They probably already knew!! Other guests were complaining as well. STAY AWAY! THIS PLACE IS A HELL HOLE!!!

Arrival was great - the front desk staff was friendly, attentive and quick. The staff was polite and courtesy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was a good time. Room confirmations were not met (frig & microwave were not in room; requested change in bed preference confirmed but not met. No roll away beds available. The hotel was booked at 6:30p and could not meet our requests. Of the six rooms reserved our request to be close together was not met. Front desk did not know where toiletries were locate and was not responsive to our call later -had to borrow from other guests. IF YOU CANNOT POST IT COMPLETELY - DON'T POST.
